The statistics as described in this Plan were compiled from May 13, 2022 to December 12, 2022, with the following performance results: On assisting in the design of special garbage bags, second batches of designs have been submitted and delivered; on assisting in the commissioning of manufacturing and commissioning of distribution, three batches of special garbage bag molds and manufacturing factory information, special garbage bag material certificates, post-production product property testing reports and distribution and sampling results reports have been submitted and delivered. Furthermore, three batches of special garbage bags to the designated locations as instructed by competent authorities. We have assisted in the commissioning of the anti-counterfeit label design for the city's special garbage bags and completed two types of anti-counterfeit label design masters and samples and submitted them for acceptance reports. On the leasing of camera equipment, we have finished setting up 16 locations and submitted the report on the results of leased camera equipment. Also, on the commissioning to conduct a public opinion survey and evaluation report on garbage fee collection with special garbage bags in the pilot zone, a whole district or the whole city, the valid sample size collected from both face-to-face and telephone surveys were 1,068 each. We have also duly completed the submission of public opinion surveys and evaluation reports on garbage collection fees with special garbage bags to the pilot zones, a whole district and the whole city. The results indicated that 90% of thepeople in the pilot zone support the new garbage fee collection through special garbage bags policy, while more than 50% of the people in Guishan District and Bade District also support the said policy, with the hope of at least 3 months of promotion or trial period before enforcement. To assist in the planning of the implementation of the standard workflow of the new special garbage bag fee collection policy, we further describe in detail and consolidate information on the various stages of the process for bag production, anti-counterfeit labeling, distribution and logistics, etc., as a basis for subsequent policy promotion.
